The episodes provide the following accessibility related resources:
- A key to keyboard control for the episode player.
- A set of printable transcripts for the videos used in each episode.
Keyboard control
For those unable to use a mouse, the episode player can also be controlled through the use of the following keyboard keys (NB - the episode player needs to be activated before these keys will operate):

| Shift | Pauses the video |
| U | Mute and un-mutes the video volume. |
| B | Rewinds the video |
| Z | Zooms and un-zooms the video |
| Right arrow | Go to episode analysis |
| Left arrow | Return to episode video |
| H | Return to LearnHigher group work home page |
| Up arrow | Scrolls text up |
| Down arrow | Scrolls text down |
| Numbers 1-7 | Activate right hand buttons to reveal prompts and more information (key number refers to button order counted from the top) |
| C | Close pop-up window |
| T | Reveal episode hints and tips |
| P | Open PDF of episode hints and tips |
| A | Open episode additional resources |
| K | View Kate Smith's full presentation on using powerpoint |
| D | Select Delia's video diary (also Episode 5 analysis clip 1) |
